ATCM beta

[Atahualpa]

I made a alternative targeting cursor mod (ATCM). But I need some beta testers before I give the file to Mark.

This mod changes the ugly blue targeting cursor. I dont know if you like mine, if not, tell me and I will make other cursors.

Any feedback is welcome.
