Is there a "working" link for Easy Mod?

Is there a place that has a "working" link to download Easy Mod? The link on the designers site doesn't work. It just keeps downloading a tiny file that keeps saying it isn't a valid archive. Or, whoever has the EasyMod.zip file, could you please email me a copy to this address:
