I've just noticed that if you R-click on a selected unit with new graphic it go back to windows cause CTP hasn't found the little unit's icon. So you have to put a new icon in the picture directory called upu0XXb.tga (where XX is the unit ID). This pic must be 30x30 pixels (just open the upu0XX.tga change the size and save as upu0XXb.tga).

Size doesn't matter but the ratio has to be one to one. To save some effort just change to 72x72.

Thanks Morgoth, it seems that the different pics (sprites, icons) just need to have a correct ratio to work.
