how bout this:
give the subneural ad (or anyone else) a command called mezmorize which captures settlers and workers from enemy cities and brings them to yours. (the slaver for the 21st century). 'cause i noticed after about 2000 the ai starts pumping out settlers again. That would be much more fun than kicking them out of your property.
