Just wanted to mention something to all the ones that are making mods that sums up all the others, that it would be a great idea to make an improvement that does what the Globesat does, if it is possible( you would only need one).
I mean, it is really unthinkable that future civs wouldn´t know everything geografical about the plantet!

how bout a city radar? with maybe a 10-15 view... but the only question is if you could obsolete the watchtower..
