Wow, after reading everything i could find on this message board, I was ready to get home and start up a fresh game.
But now, I can't seem to get the game to work...figures
Here's the error message I get when I try to save a game.
When i hit "OK" the game minimizes and then dissappears with a few seconds of the backround music to mock me.
After that, I can't get the game to start up at all. I get up to where I can select "Play" and the window minimizes and dies as described above.
I've uninstalled, reinstalled, lots of times now. The only thing I did between last night's game and today's was do a Norton Update. I thought that was it, so I even tried a system restore to last night's settings.
I'm pretty bummed that I can't get it to work. I'm starting to think the game AI has evolved and the Dutch have infiltrated my hard drive.
There has been more wierd stuff. Like the game just crashing without warning. But I figured that was just a normal hiccup. For now, I'll try and d/l any patches I can find untill I hear from y'all again.
