I have only just moved to freeCIV.
I have used Civilisation call to Power and find it far too simple to wipe out all AI opposition.
Having played FreeCIV a few times, theres quite a bit to get used to. One problem is with settlers. Are there rules controlling when a city can build them ?.
I have purchased settlers and then been told I cant even build them.
is this me or is it a bug. I could start digging around in the code, but there may be valid reasons for 'cannot build settlers'.
FYI, Im on a Windows 95 port.
