I downloaded the hires tiles and I cant firgure out how to get them to work in freeciv-1.13.0-win32.

You can change a tileset if you start the client with the command "civclient --tileset name tileset ".
I usually add a number shortcuts for the civclient with a special tileset each. That way I can quickly start with a specific tileset.Skeptics should forego any thought of convincing the unconvinced that we hold the torch of truth illuminating the darkness.
