    Tile and rulesets

    Does anyone know where to get more tilesets for Windows.. I don't know how to use the GIMP yet, I'm working on it.

    Second, is anyone working on a new ruleset. I mean new tech tree etc?

    You can also convert Civ2 scenario files to PNG with civ2gfx. It's meant for the standard Civ2 set, but it also works fine with scenario graphics/tiles
