  • R U one of the people of Freeciv??

if you answered "yes" to the question, you have just won a free registration on our forums(what do you mean it's already free?) and a special freeciv-related title(shown under your login in our posts, in order to be recognized by other posters) of your choice!

as there seems to be tons of people involved to freeciv, we only ask that you register(or change in your existing profile) with the e-mail address shown in this page http://www.freeciv.org/people.phtml

Thue, if you could carry this message to the rest of the freeciv team, it would be wonderfull...

Is that not unneccesary; if they come to the freeciv forums they they will see this.
Anyway, you don't need me to give messages to the freeciv team, we have a mailing list, freeciv@freeciv.org , for things like that.

well, to join a list just to send one message sounds a bit strange
unless the list is open to mails from non-subscribers

As thanks for this generous offer I would, on behalf of team FC, like to offer you and DanQ access to the development version of freeciv (what will become the next version), with right to post details about it on this website (What do you mean it is freely available allready?)

I would like to have the title "Freeciv developer"
The reason why I am only listed for one bugfix on the freeciv PEOPLE list is that I only really started contributing after the 1.10 release. (The list you linked to are the people up to the 1.10 release)

                      where is my free title?

                      "Freeciv Developer" is good enough

from a very confused freeciv developer

Hmm, not many freecivers. I'll just post it to the mailing list anyway...

OK, Hotmail is banned from Apolyton, so I had to use a different email address. Also, my contribution to Freeciv is rather insignificant, but what the hell, "Freeciv Developer" sounds damn good.
