Improving FreeCiv

Hi Guys,
I'm new to freeciv and think its good, but you could improve it a little. For one thing, instead of using crappy, pixelated people in the work menu use smileys. You could get happy, content and revolting ones. Also get an elvis, a guy in a tophat and a science geek for the Tax/Lux/Sci.

btw how do i become a partisan instead of chieftain (it suits my name better) and add a pic with my posts
