  • 1.14.1 win32 gtk-2.0

    ive managed FINALLY 2 find all the needed dll files etc. 4 it 2 work but i cant figure out how 2 sort these errors out:
    1: Error calling Mix_OpenAudio
    1: Plugin sdl found but can't be initialized.
    2: LANGUAGE="en-gb"
    0: Failed reading graphics file: data/trident/tiles.png



    sum1 plz help

      now all i get is this:

                I recognize that problem. The program can't find the tiles.png. Which means it's somewhere else or not there at all. I've had some builds were the graphic files had not been installed for some reason.

                      png files are where they should be i installed it from the freeciv.org/downloads.shtml page
                      to c:\program files\freeciv

                        I for one would like to see a faq on how to conpile the gtk client on windows...

                        I have all the sources to compile freeciv on linux, in fact I have all the sources to compile a complete linux distro that can run freeciv...

                        I would also like a quick guide on using the sdl client with the gtk client.
