im new 2 freeciv an im not bad at the game and wen i found this site i had a look and ur all talking about rulesets and really strange things like that and i tried 2 make sense of it all but then i found out that most of u r on linux and im on windows can sum1 help (preferreably that per guy he seems 2 no alot about this)
