    Hi,

I have just started playing freeciv since the last few days and find the game is fun.

Anyway, I have heard of people talking about fundamentalism government in freeciv but I can't find a way to get fundamentalism. I have built statue of liberty but everytime I start a revolution to changet he givernment type, I only get despotism, monarchy, communism and democracy. Any idea how to get fundamentalism? Thanks.

Btw, I am using freeciv 1.14 for MS Windows and playing on local server.

    Hi Zech,

Fundamentalism isn't included in the standard Freeciv ruleset. It's included in the Civ2 ruleset (data\civ2\governments.ruleset) however. You can include that part in the standard Freeciv ruleset by copy&pasting it into \data\default\governments.ruleset file.

Well, not exactly bad, just another way to solve a problem. Besides, exploring the gamefiles can be very enlightening for any would be tinkerer.

Back to the point. Simply selecting the Civ2 ruleset is of course another.
