The democrasy question
Odviosly Clash will have democracy, but will it be nothing but a meaningless choice (like SMAC), bascily a limited monarchy (like in Civ. II) or a real democracy? I don't know if it would be too boring to fight with a senate but that is what most Presidents spend their time doing these days.
