Ok . The thing that bothers me about civ that tech goes really quick . YOu dont play long as a middle ages king or something . So each era isn't very precise.

It would be cool if you did this .

1)Instead of making the game go from nomads to stable world power , different era's . This would be very time consuming but imagine each era specifically detailed . WOuldn't that be cool ?

For example playing the Ancient Greeks for about 500 years but instead of having one year one turn have it like SPring,Summer,Winter ...

    understand ?

ps Mark I hope you still remember about my request . You know , giving some of your cities autonomy or becoming/acquiring a vassal state . ANd also remember about Ethnic Clashes ...

    Hey Jools:

Well, as things are currently in my brain, I think it will take a while to get thru the different eras of history. There will probably be some options to slow down tech etc. I just don't know the specifics yet. Scenarios of "The Ancient World" or whatever will certainly be possible.

On granting autonomy / acquisition, that's always been my intention. Regarding ethnic disturbances they'll happen. I don't know how often though, depends on final playbalancing.
