I've been hearing that CivIII wasn't all it was cracked up to be. Maybe a case of too high of expectations. And only so much that can be done.
Now, I hear good things about EU and EU II
Which side are we on? We're on the side of the demons, Chief. We are evil men in the gardens of paradise, sent by the forces of death to spread devastation and destruction wherever we go. I'm surprised you didn't know that. --Saul Tigh
Sprayber, Civ III isn't all that it was cracked up to be. It's better than that. There's an increase in my posting right now that is directly related to my success in building up resistance versus that game. Civs I and II didn't have me nearly as hooked as Civ III. SMAC, in fact, comes second in addictiveness as far as I'm concerned.
So... Should I offer congrats or condolescences, Guardian? It's up to you. Anyways, if you will eat through the game at my pace then see you around in three months!
I just keep hearing conflicting reports. Some say it's the best thing since sliced bread and others(that are Civ fans) say its all to do about nothing.
I think i'll look around before i settle.
