Well beings that Lal is calling a Planetary Council we need someway to organize. There was a suddestion that everyone posts what they want their faction to say. And than someone would write it as a giant post. Well this is were we will do just that. Post down any thoughts you might have writers. Well, It's evident from the post what Lal wants to discuss during the council. He will suggest a re-signing of the U.N. Charter, announce that the Pirates are under his protection as long as they pay for the damages to shipping they have caused, also announce that the Free Drones are under protection, etc.
