Yes. . . no problem as long as you stop allowing Hobbit planes to attack my bases by being based in your bases-- A quick look shows that two planes attacked from there this year-- A nation cannot claim peace while allowing bombers of my enemy to use their runways

The Angels dispute the portrayal of their people by the Hobbits.

WE sent numerous messages asking that the Hobbits not base choppers or offensive weaponry right at our border. In particular we asked that the Hobbits not base choppers in Scone since it was in range of about 6 or 7 Angel bases and about 90% of Angel industrial capacity.

The Angels repeatedly reminded the Hobbits that a build-up of offensive weaponry right at the border would be considered a threat and that we would take action. The Hobbits based a missile rover only two tiles from an Angel base . . in firing range. This led to another message requesting an explanation for this threatening stance but none was given. The angel empire became even more wary of Hobbit intentions.


When Angel patrols saw the aircraft based in Scone and drop troops in other forward positions, so soon after Hobbit aircraft had intruded into other parts of the Angel empire on what appeared to be a scouting mission, the decision was reluctantly made to strike. The Angel high command felt that the Hobbits had gathered a first strike capability that could cripple our nation and that the only option was to strike first.

If truce or peace discussions are requested we will consider them as our only intent is the security of the Angel nation.

How can there possibly be peace? There isn't a chance of ever trusting someone who without provocation STARTS a war by ATTACKING a peaceful nation without warning. You want peace? Stop attacking.
