The game was stuck since about 2-3 years now as I was playing the Spartans vs the University and I think the turn had stopped on Thip the gaians... maybe you can ask bdanv, the game is now at 2161 and the file cannot be attached there, I can send if you ask, you can play the university if you want and bdanv might turn the gaians to AI
