Cycons are in a very delicate situation right now. They will share the faith of the Hive faction soon.
I talked to the other human leaders and it seems that i'm not the only one to believe that your peacekeeping forces should've done something about it.

I cant really attack with impact rovers with their high morale resonance armour defence.
Also they have perimeter defence in most of their bases too
