Yes, this is what I was moaning about during the first 10 turns. I don't know if I just don't remember abanduant all that well when not playing the Gaians, but this seems to be the most abundant map I have ever seen. I encountered at least 12 random alien life, not including two that popped from pods, during the first 10 turns of the game. And this is without trolling (intentionally moving through fungus) for a worm even once. It was obvious that sensors should be an early priority.

Hmm.. the only person who did not whining about worms is "pirate" Florin. I guess he is enjoying vast open spaces and laughs at our problems
Was the final consensus that tech trading was banned in this game?

Me and florind didn't reveal our positions so far.
On one hand I respect your vote I do not want to force different solutions. On the other hand my development is very poor so far (there are many fungical reasons for that , and I could use some trade.
maybe we could allow some "semi-agrement" ?
e.g - trade is allowed only if all players have all commlinks to each others.
That would prevent taking advantage by player who has the most commlinks.
