I cannot give any info putting other players at disadvantage, like revealing game details.

I remember, somewhere on apoly there is a discussion what exactly these power graphs take into account. You would have to speculate from that. But overall they show quite accurate state of factions, as I judge from my multiplayer games in the past.

Worms are back in force again. Lost another Former, and I must have killed at least 5 worms in the last 2 turns.

I think the large number of worms might actually be helping me. Although I lose some units, I ended up getting rich from the energy credits from killing them.

You're right about that!
I think we are missing one important rule:

Council notification - immediate broadcast to all players(Post in the thread and e-mail to all immediately by player who has called elections, citing candidates and votes. After each player's turn, post in the thread the running totals).

Also I think we should apply the Council Natification Rule for any kind of Council, not only for elections.
