There is one rule you didnt mention in the original post-about conquering other humans. Due to a bug, if someone conquers a human player on his own turn, the game will be stuck, so instead of taking the last city as with an AI, he must demonstrate via screenshot he could take the last city-then that defeated player on his turn must get a military unit and raze his own city, then pass the turn one last time.

I have a feeling this might come up as an issue fairly soon here

On the topic of not being nice, i must report the begining of Peacekeeper\Believer hostilities. The Believers present a threat to all right thinking and peacefull citizens and accordingly New Jerusalem itself has been occupied by Peacekeeping Forces Unfortunately the witch herself has evaded the authorities but it is only a matter of time until the planet is safe from this menace We assure everyone that the citizens of New Jerusalem have NOT been eradicated as Believing propaganda may have you believe, but instead relocated to safer havens

Indeed, one of my bases was nerve gassed to death by mart

I can take out all 3 defenders at believers last base. However this seems to not always be a kill-sometimes killing the last unit destroys the base, other times it leaves it empty at pop 1. However in my turn i choose to kill the last unit and unintentionaly destroyed believers(i expected the base to survive). Of course i will have to reload, but i presume this is counted as a kill as it puts me in a position of being unable to attack without screwing up the game

I have third base now from third colony pod. Since former was last in the second base I could not obliterate it. You can take it now. In 2105 I will self destruct the third base.

I think a larger map is called for here. After all those graviton gravships, have a move range of 16! Besides that there are infinite range drop troops and magtubes to fast unit movement. Large map size, half a dozen bases with good infrastucture and defensive units at start would likely lead to more intense and 2sided combat later on....add in some very large and sprawling AI empires(bases 5+ tiles apart?) who already posses some SecretProjects could give players a battlefield to fight on.
