Hey Gang, sorry for the delay in this turn. I had to go out of town for a couple of days on business and only just got back. This lead to a slight problem. Early in my turn, I had a terraform up sequence on the coast complete before I moved the transport that was next to the coast. Needless to say that ate the transport. I looked around on the net some and found no general PBEM rule for handling this situation. As no random events had happened at this point, (ie mind worms, probing, etc) I opted to restart my turn. If anyone has a problem with this, just let me know and I will gladly replay the turn and let the string play out. I did have a note in my game notes from the previous turn to move that transport right away when I started my turn; I was just so tired I forgot to look at them. In a bit of cosmic justice, my best probe team, which was on the transport, did get eaten when it probed the Beliving base across from me. Perhaps that was a balancing stroke from the SMAC gods. Either way I'll be happy to do whatever the group deems appropriate.
