I had done some work on preparing positionms and placing 4 factions but it shouldn't take too much to adjust for 5-- I'll just move a couple of continents a little and add another one

I have been pretty busy and my hope now is that I can roll this out for you on the weekend. Hope thats good.

Are there any rules on what techs and/or units can or can not be used? I know things like Empath Guild are generally disliked, for example.
I don't care either was and will go with the majority, but it might be best if we at least made sure we know what's what.

wel normaly its no empath guild or cba id say put thease to a vote

the empath guild is basicaly very powefull in the game multiplayer;

i would vote no on this i would also vote no to the cba

usualy its smax, if you dont have the expansion pack its become abandonware and its avalable (im unsure if i can say but if you pm / email me ill supply you with the details) it dun have the movies but it works very well
