2/3 Newbie Turn Tracking Thread

2102 to Nims. First opened in scenario editor, altough opened from the game... why this happened?

Thats never happened before. I think I might have accidentally set the PK password while in the editor. Did it turn itself off? Did you see anything you shouldn't? Can you still use the editing powers?

its so weird... i dont even know how to open the editor!
I saw where the other factions were placed, and tried to open the city dialog of other player. It did, so exited the game. Then, loaded it again and it did normally. Finished my turn.
Today, when i read your post, tried to load nims's turn with my pass, but didnt worked (im not so powerful after all )

Sorry for doing the things above, but all appeared weird to me (the scenario, so many units, my base is usurper-shaped)
so i got a little confused. Hope this helps.


PD: How do you open the scenario editor?

Oh well, just try to forget their positions. Shouldn't be that hard at the current pace of the game

And please Zip the save, it makes a huge difference for us dial-uppers ( 300kB vs 30kB )

Heh, did you write Senethro about that, or were you smart enough to change the password Senethro gave you ?

I don't recall changing any password in my SMAC life... I guess I came up with one myself.

Highly unlikely. Senethro as our CMN set a password for everyone of us and sent it by email.
