Replacement needed

We need a replacement for bluetemplar in Rig ("Randomness is good"). He was the spartan player, other players are Hive (Flubber), PK(me), Cybcon (Humphrey). There's also alien and cult AI in the game.
It is now 2145. The game was started with a random map, no CMN involved. According to the power graph, the spartan position is quite good.
