no helicopter attacks on bases
CBA and EG disbanded

SOme people don't like how overpowering a helicopter attack on bases van be and feel that helicopters essentially then make planes obsolete. So some games have made it illegal to attack a base with a helicopter.Originally posted by SebP

With this rule helicopters remain powerful for attacking things outside bases.

Empath guild-- Some feel that the automatic infiltration of everyone is overpowered and removes some of the intensity/interest from the probe game
Cloudbase Academy-- Some feel that this project is overpowered
