  • Lost passwords

    Hi,

I'm thinking of reviving 2-3 old PBEM games but I don't have the passwords of some participants.

Is there a way to bypass those passwords?

    Thanks

It might be easier to guess the passwords than find Kody

You can start one Method while tracking the other.

So how is the easiest way - if any - to find Kody?

Next to PM'ing him, perhaps Googlie or Drogue can provide an email address or forward the question.

I'm still around somewhat. My old email addresses are spammed out. I was working my way through deleting 120+ emails when I noticed the words "Apolyton... Private Message".

I'm pretty sure I've still got the editor that can change passwords (at work atm). I can be contacted via email username "john" at the domain "users dot alphadimensions dot net".

Umm add "Kody" at the start of the subject of the email, otherwise it'll likely get deleted with the spam emails I get.

For fixing lost passwords, I would perfer a link to the old turn tracking thread, or a new turn tracking thread, so I can assure myself I'm not modifying a game without anyone else's knowledge.

Also does anyone want the editor that allows passwords to be changed? I've got the only copy of the program, and I'm not visiting apolyton anymore. I'm happy to give it to someone a bit more active, as long as they get someone I know to vouch for them and it's made clear to others that they have it.

Googlie and Darsnan are still around.: if they don't have it already.
