One would be lonely. I always send squadrons even for ceremonial visits.

The Hive government extended congratulations to the government of Sparta for their amazing accomplishments in building major projects. A government spokesman stated " Their record of creating one-of-a -kind marvels is to be commended"

" Umm, but would these projects have not been extremely useful?

" NO minister, they would have helped but not markedly do. Our people are already content and now that the Cultist nuisance is all but eradicated, we have little need for adavanced military training at this time"

"What of this latest project . . the Maritime Control Centre?

" I confess Minister that that is a blow-- Much of the oceans remain unknown to us. But we have methods to deal with deficiencies at sea. Our construction crews are working hard to raise lands for habitation and defense . That is the reason for all the tractors-- we need to create more land since our small homeland is fully occupied"
