I'm up for a game sometime, I'd prefer pbem as I don't trust my net connection. Probably best to have a couple other people for the game too.

connection doesn't really matter for a PBEM game, you play 1 turn, save it, email the SAV file to the next player who in turn repeats the load, play, save, pass on process.

It's usually very slow (a year is prob the norm for 4 players), although if you just do a H2H (Head to Head) with another person whos active you can whizz through a few turns a day no problem and maybe complete it in a month or 2.

IP play is the sort of 'real time' game where you're both taking turns at the same time and thus need a fairly quick and stable connection for the updates occuring between the linked computers.
Learn to overcome the crass demands of flesh and bone, for they warp the matrix through which we perceive the world. Extend your awareness outward, beyond the self of body, to embrace the self of group and the self of humanity. The goals of the group and the greater race are transcendant, and to embrace them is to acheive enlightenment.

Actually out of those 3 - IP sounds the best. I mean - playing a single game per years is a bit too slow.

you will have a hard time finding players, unfortunatly.

I'd be happy to play TCP/IP. and i know another person who is also interested. we're in the uk, and have very stable broadband connections.
