After consulting with bT and checking over the scenario myself, i conclude a restart (again) is unavoidable. i have also found a fix for a bug with lazerus's univ prob...
while im at it though, you mentioned only having 1 escort for your 3 CP though...i was understanding that was all the boosting you wanted, but i could add more scouts and also formers like other boosted starts ive seen.
