You conclude it from the screen color?
Mine is screewed up too then, but I am not so sure, if that color actually is right. You might be on the right track. Or I just don't remember.

The research priorities, I mean. They are approximate anyway, and actually scenario editor allows you to select a tech, although it is for player a blind research. You can guess the tech from the color of the strip.
Mine is some color, different from what I would like to get, but it is ok, the next tech will be already within the priority I want.
