redone - and I took the opportunity again of tweaking the AI a little (using the KC I had a peek at it from Andi's save, and it was somewhat anaemic)
SE change costs now OK, drtones appear when they should, mindworms more aggressive (ie appear earlier in bunches, etc - all the things that one expects from transcend level)
Morgan turn attached (same passwords and start positons for all, so you should breeze thrru those first few turns - maybe even get together online to fast forward those 25 years??)
Oh - it's 2102 'cos I used the 2101 turn to set passwords
