Rule:Standard condition. Except no cooperative
victory is allowed.
Tech:blind or oriented. To be decided.

No commlink contact until physical contact on map.

One social engineering change per line per turn.
(line as economy, value, politic or future society)

- A player may not perform multiple airdrops in a single turn with the same unit using the right-click menu.

- A player may not use the F4 screen when infiltrated to change an opponent's workers to specialists.

- A player may not insert stockpile energy into the build queue after the production of a military unit. Due to a bug in the game, should you put stockpile energy into the queue, you will get the benefit of the extra energy on the same turn as production of your military unit.

- If a player declares vendetta upon another player, either directly or indirectly, they must not accept a pending diplomatic agreement between the two factions in the same turn.

- A player may not upgrade a particular type of unit using the design workshop, and then attack with that unit in the same turn.

A player may not make air drops using the right click "air drop to" function, when it is not possible to do so with the "i" button, ie. after already having moved or made a drop.

Other rules: to be decided if any proposed.

I think almost all of you are better than me.

So I think Map size gonna be lagrge size and research will be directed.

I got french version so im little confused about map size.

I also dont play on the computer with internet connection. I play the actual game on old win 98 64m ram machine.

I wish I build one habdome one day in pbem. It is almost hopeless.

By the way what is the longest pbem you guys have seen? How many turs did it had?

I think we should wait for a forth guy (I know some people so can ask them). If no one join us then we can start as it is.

I would suggest standard map as the large is really large and the game might gets boring by the time we get in touch with each other (as the main point in multiplayer game is the interaction between human players).

Directed research of course.

We could ask someone to give us more stuff to make the beginning quicker and more interesting. What's more we would avoid the situation when one or more player starts in position that gives no chance for good development.
