Well, it depends (for me) on how much of a lead Sebed has in the game. If he is not so far ahead its ridiculous, then I'm happy to continue with a replacement- perhaps a less-experienced one. On the other hand, our CMN could always open the relevent turn & reduce Sebed's position: destroying facilities & units & artifacts, redistributing wealth & techs etc. to make it more of a level playing field for the replacement.
I'd like to continue if at all possible as it's been an interesting game for me.
