I think thats about the end of the game for me. Having refused to open dialogue with me at all, the Angels have now attacked with Impact Rovers. Due to my good road network, my only forces being scout patrols and a lack of money because of hurrying and selecting Free Market I predict complete defeat within 8-10 turns.

Revision of time of total defeat: my Free marketing turned up a lot of mind worms which have destroyed Angelic forces. I have reprieve. Two bases lost.
