New game for n00bs

Hey everybody, I'm a bit new to pbem and was wondering if there are any others who would like to start a new open game. I'm sure there are lots of people who want to improve their strategies and maybe if one experienced player wanted to help out as a moderator (or even a player) and give suggestions and explain what they are doing.
