Naval Command has reported that after a succesfull boarding
action followed by a fierce naval battle near the Trios Archipel
the whole of the Hive navy has been destroyed or taken as
prize ships. This succes safeguards our homes at the Hiverian
coastline and ensures that our transports, marines and patrol
ships can move as they see fit.

Several skirmishes occured between our forces on the continent
against Hive rovers. All of these incursions were repulsed and
the enemy troops destroyed or taken prisoner.

On the domestic front reports the Terraform Department the loss
of 2 seaformers with all hands to a native sealurk. Our navy was
unable to intercept the creature and it is feared that in the future
new victims will fall for it.

Footage shows our battered, but victorious, fleet and the native pest.

Queen Elevea of Atlantis requests if there is the possibility for permission of landing a Thunderhawk-class chopper in the base of Deadman Tavern or Crown's Nest. The flight plan is to use one of these bases as a refuel stop on the way to The Spot.
This to aid DataJack Barinthus in his efforts against the annexation efforts of the Hive.

Four of Rubin's aircraft have been turned over to the Data Angels.

Nautilus Officals announce several key victories in the fight against the Gaian scourge, including landing of the Nautilus "Buccaneer" Class Marines in a key Gaian City. One Nautilus pilot and one marine was lost in the fighting.

Despite the valiant defense of the northwestern sector by the forces under the command of General Antwone Hawkes and the Atlantean Expeditionary Forces over last several years, Alphaville and Secret Hollow in the Borehole Cluster region has fell to the Hivean menace. There are unconfirmed reports of atriocities that were committed by the Hivean forces against civilians of those bases including committing certain individuals into punishment spheres.

The nation mourns the great loss of those brave men and women but not for long since the battle for the Spot is about to begin.

Datajack Aeolus has personally expressed his most heartfelt condolences and sincere gratitudes to the Royal Family and the people of the seafaring Altantis. The split blood of courageous Altantean troops has run intermixed with those of the Angels. This only serve to strengthen the blood bond between two nations. The Angels will never forget their ulimate sacrifice and will strive to honor them. There was a ceremony with full military honors held for the war dead of both peoples.

In other news, due to a coordinated efforts by Angels' new Pact Brother, Sankis of the Nautilis, four squads of missile needlejets from the University were transferred safely to the port base of Safehouse.

Those pilots have inflicted losses upon Hivean units which hopefully will slow down their advance toward the Spot. They will be soon joined by the Angels' newly created aircrafts which is expected to come off the production lines soon....

My dear friends, you must have heard the terrible news about the fall of our bases in the Borehole Cluster region. This has been a long and difficult war for us but we cannot stop and give up. There were rumors that the Chairman Yang recently offered to stop the war if our government was to share some of our research secrets. It does not matter if this is true or not - the madman will not rest until his empire has reached Panama Canal!

Do not lose heart. Yes, the fall of our bases are a terrible news but we must remember how our men and women fought hard along with our brothers and sisters from the Sea. Instead of despairing we must look up to them as an example and honor their efforts by fighting on!

Even as we are speaking, the world are becoming increasingly united against the Menace. Even Yang's own pact brother, the Pirates, are helping us by assisting the Planetary Governor in transferring his aircrafts to our military. The royal marines of the noble Altantean nation are making advances against the Hive on their western boundaries. We all have heard about how there were a great yet terrible naval battle in the theater of Trios Archipel in which our friends emerged victorous. This enbodes well for our war effort!

If you still feel the dark tentacles of despair reaching into your soul, let this fortify you. The Madman has insulted us all by renaming New Ciba City to 'Hole of Aspiration.' This is an indignation we cannot tolerate! The act itself demostrate a complete disregard for our people by the Hive. For this reason alone we cannot give up or we would be treated worse than slaves in the Hivean empire. Can you imagine your loved ones being nervestapled? This is what Yang will do to them!
