on the Data Angels under leadership of former Fusion Engineer Aeolus.
This event is a tragedy in the opinion of the Planetary Governor.
An attempt to negotiate a diplomatic solution with Chairman Yang
has failed, the Chairman wishes not to respond to urgent calls.
The Planetary Governor wishes to ask to DataJack Aeolus if he
would care to shed more light to the events which led to this
declaration of war between two factions, so attempts to intervene
