Well, it's not so bad (except maybe for the lack of techsteal as spoils of war - will hinder the conquer playstyles such as Sparta and the Believers - but as I'm Sparta, I don't mind.

here's what you wanted, with indications as to what we're playing:

So based on that, unless there is a strong feeling that spoils of war are a must, I'd just leave it be.

But, of course, we're still not too far along, with not too much time invested in the game for it to be changed to what you thought it would be

Look guys, I just want to play the game no matter that this setting hinders my faction, I spent too much time just waiting for the turn to just scrap it now So as far as I'm concerned we can leave it like this.

I feel bad about the situation however it's courtsey to let your fellow PBEM players to know if you will be unable to play for a long period of time especially if it's going to be more than 48 hours.

How are we supposed to know if a player's just without internet access at the moment or lost interest and didn't bother to let us know?

If we do restart, I can coach Barinthus on creating a watertight scenario start (without my seeing the map, or start positions, of course)

And I could replace Ouro_827 as the Gaians so as to let Colonel Z reclaim the Spartans
