Dr. Rubin, the year is 2166 and no doubt a lot needs to be done in that year.

On a sidenote:
Infiltration reveals that Chairman Yang has appearantly decided to hurry his work on the Planetary Energy Grid, since this Project will be finished next turn. I'm afraid this is a race Captain Sankis has lost.
Also, Lady Deirdre is proceeding well on her Projects as well. It appears she intends on having a fast exodus for her people and troops.
