The worst form of insubordination is being right - Keith D., marine veteran. A dictator will starve to the last civilian - self-quoted
And on the eigth day, God realized it was Monday, and created caffeine. And behold, it was very good. - self-quoted
Klaatu: I'm impatient with stupidity. My people have learned to live without it.
Mr. Harley: I'm afraid my people haven't. I'm very sorry… I wish it were otherwise.

Guys,
Hotmail has been giving me LOADS of problems in the last few days (as Shawn can attest, at least)
It's having errors, not attaching files, refusing to download, being too busy, and generally just a PIA.
I'd like to transfer as much of my PBEM to kylebenanderson AT gmail DOT com from now on.
Thanks!

2175 - Net Warrior
I've been finessed - reference the F5 screen. Very, very nice.
In case you hadn't noticed with my first set of Post Fusion artifact connecting, after five shots I couldn't even get Retroviral Engineering - which was available. I thought Morgan would get Cloning Vats for sure, so I played transport handoff and rushed some others I hadn't been planning to turn in. It's played hob with getting some other items back home - look at my Drone problems at Birr, three of those mindworms were supposed to be home before I went free market - but I decided the cost was worth it. I've figured out mostly how you guys did it from my turn notes - sweet. The worst form of insubordination is being right - Keith D., marine veteran. BTW - in case you didn't know - you must use the XP patch to pop-boom as Morgan (or Yang). Otherwise the Golden Age won't give you +2 Growth. The worst form of insubordination is being right - Keith D., marine veteran. A dictator will starve to the last civilian - self-quoted

It essentially forced me to try running 10% of my economy to psych. When I went green and started one of my two independent rovers North I met a cluster of worms, and there were four of them stacked happy as a bug in a rug coming at me. I had the kill the remaining six. The only problem is that the ones I captured were already inside my boundaries, so they are not independent. Of course if they had gotten into my territory unharmed (I was NOT fully garrisoned at the time)...
I had taken them north into the fungus to pop pods and build in size. But the transports that were supposed to bring them back ended up rushing artifacts back. The resulting pacifism drones were unhandlable at Birr with four mindworms out of territory when I went FM. I had almost no remaining crawlers because I had used them for building some stuff. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise, since it appears that all the engineers I could run at 10% psych versus Empaths and/or Thinkers with no psych cost me two research points and actually gave me more energy - that caught me by surprise. I do take a slight hit in minerals, but the Engineers more than make up for that. Serendipity. The worst form of insubordination is being right - Keith D., marine veteran.
