Probably the game automatically put you in that status. I've done some experimenting "playing with myself" multi-player hot-seat games and had it do that to me - hadn't tried the gifting yet, had just "assumed" you could do it.

Let me check. My spam filters ate a turn in another game I'm in which is why I'm checking ALL my games. I recoverd that turn, I'll have to tinker with the filters. With this game my last turn was year 2122 received on 3/16 (searched all current and archive emails, I don't use outlook), and I've been waiting for 2123, I really want to play! (VE have plans
) . Make sure you send it to the hjcarr01 at athena.louisville.edu address, my hotmail account usually chokes on attachments.
