Also, we were discussing whether or not the alpha.txt / faction changes need to be made for this game as was indicated on page one. If so, it will be a struggle for me as I'm swapping those things a lot already with mod-making.

Otherwise, I'm ready to research

You need the faction files, but the alphax.txt is optional. At least, that's the way I've been playing it.

You'll have to contact johndmuller for the faction files... I don't know which ones are which and where I had to put them.

Will do then. Are you all really using Matsumura of the Syndicate? That's a faction that Kassiopeia, Cybergod, and I put together for Aldebaran a few years ago. I wonder if we are using the 'super AI' version?
