GNN is on the air!
* * *
I am an assistant scoutmaster for a scout troop that will be on a two night campout this weekend. I will be out Friday and Saturday evening. If I don't get the turn early Friday, you won't see a turn from me until mid-day Sunday.
Marco, are we entitled to know that the Believers survived?

OOC: Erm, I haven't gotten the turn yet, Chip. Rubin, do you have it by any chance? Or is to too early to tell? XD
EDIT: Ok, I've got the turn from my adelphia account ^^; Turn to Marco.
IC:
The 'mind worms', as we have taken to calling the monstrosities that crawl out of the fungus, have claimed 2 more lives! However, we have found two things that may help combat this threat:
1. A data pod from the unity containing information on Recycling and basic biogenetics.
2. An odd, ancient building that helps the productivity of the land it is on, that we had at first thought to be a UNITY pod.
We have heard strange, fragmented radio signals from something called "GNN"... could it be fellow survivors?Last edited by JMarshFox; October 17, 2003, 17:18.

Turn to the Hive
Kody:
Glad you are enjoying the "broadcasts".
On the first couple of recordings, it took a while to figure out what I wanted to do and how to do it. Now, the time is principally in figuring out what I want to say. At the beginning of the game, (a) I'm limited in what I can say and (b) everyone pretty much knows what is going to happen to the Gaians and in what order it is going to happen, so I have been able to plan and record those in advance.
So far, the Corps of Engineers and Greenwar Interfactional litigation is just filler, but who knows? I may be able to weave it into the game somehow.Last edited by Chip_Buckner; October 21, 2003, 22:00.

OOC: Turn to the Federation
IC: Our first recycling tanks facility has been completed, allowing enough extra food, etc so that we can start specializing more in inudstrial efforts... work has been abandoned on the 'Command Nexus', due to relative uselessness in light of other recent developments. Preparations for a 4th decade celebration are underfoot...
