She is doing much better than both her parents - they bounce back amazingly well at that age if you can get them past the dangerous fever/swollen throat/diarrhea stage. I seem to recall some cultures didn't name a child until they were one year of age for just that reason, I wish I could remember the details.

I've always been amazed at how active and alert a small child can be with a fever of 104 degrees. Whereas, I would be curled in a fetal position at the foot of the bed.

Turn to University - I've wondered how early you can get the three mindworm pod and the eight mindworm pods. I think I've seen the latter as early as the 2140's. At least in SMAX you usually get a couple of spore launchers that attack each other, leaving only one.
