    I'm trying to make a faction.

    The Abandoned
    (General gist : Worm / Human hybrids - think The Many Hybrids from System Shock 2)

    +1 to growth (Improved genetic stock)
    +2 to planet (They 'hear' the Planet)
    -1 to Industy (They cant 'hear' metal)
    -1 to Morale (Volitile people, hard to keep disiplne)
    Their units have the bonus that adds positives to psi attack, due to their connection to planet

    Dunno what I should make their aversions, if any, and their thing-they-like. Green seems like, a little too obvious.

    Thoughts? Opinions?

    I think yours faction is a bit too powerful. But maybe I'm wrong, it should be thoroughly playtested to be sure.

    Disallow them FM, that's clear to me. If you don't want Green to be chosen by them, set Eudaimonia, for instance. But it appears to late in the game IMHO.

    You could also:
    - change their population limit
    - give them bonus output from fungus squares
    - give them free mind worm at start
    - immune them to mind control

    If I were you, I would choose something from the above list and give them an additional penalty, like -1 support.

    Well, it's hard to make an original proPlanet faction, due to Deirdre's existence.
