Here's a faction attached that I mentioned in the General Forum. One thing I didn't realise is that bases that this faction conquers also get a PSI GATE so it's a little more powerful than I thought - I might have to change something.

Yeah, getting a PSI gate in newly conquered bases makes this faction too powerful as is, especially in the hands of a human player. Looking for something to offset this if possible. Was thinking of perhaps giving them a big non-PSI combat penalty like:
OFFENSE, 75, DEFENSE, 75, PSI, 85
The first two should reduce all combat values by 25% (like two steps in morale), PSI is increased from 60 to offset that penalty.
